Followago.com is a service provider that sells digital social media services and sends its services instantly and fully automatically.

Clauses

Clause 1:
Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. Your profile must be set to public before ordering.

Clause 2:
Placing a second order for the same link while a previous one is still being processed may cause system errors and your payment may be lost.

Clause 3:
If your account is private when the order is placed, the system may mark it as completed and no refund will be issued.

Clause 4:
If your order is partially completed or canceled by the system, a refund will be issued for the incomplete portion. You can try placing the order again or contact our support team.

Clause 5:
Make sure the link you submit is correct. Orders start automatically and cannot be canceled or edited once submitted.

Clause 6:
All orders come with a 1-month guarantee. After 1 month, no further support or re-processing will be provided.

Clause 7:
Followago does not guarantee delivery time. Since social media platforms may update unexpectedly, our system will deliver your order as quickly as possible under current conditions.

Clause 8:
We do not provide services for accounts related to +18 content, gambling, illegal betting, or any kind of adult or prohibited content.

Clause 9:
Orders can be refunded only if delivery has not started. Once the system begins processing your order, no refund is possible.

Clause 10:
Do not change your account, post, or link information after placing your order. Also, avoid using other services for the same link until your order is fully completed. Doing so may cause order failure or incorrect status updates. Wait for a response from our team before taking any further action.

Clause 11:
By registering and placing an order on our platform, you agree to all terms and conditions listed here. Users who violate these rules cannot make claims or file complaints.

Clause 12:
Service descriptions on our panel may not be up to date. The information stated in these terms shall be considered legally binding, as real-time data from third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times and guarantees mentioned in service descriptions are not valid.

Clause 13:
When the system cannot reach the link you placed your order with, it marks your order as completed and there is NO REFUNDS. Please enter your connection correctly.

Rules

By placing an order on our platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms:

1. Public Profile Requirement
Before placing any order, make sure your social media profile is set to public. Private profiles may cause issues with order processing and completion.

2. Account Safety Notice
Social media platforms are constantly updated, and purchasing followers or similar services may cause account restrictions. Do not place orders for:

Newly created accounts
Accounts with copyright-infringing content
Accounts without verified phone or email

Please also note that even regular accounts may be subject to suspension. We are not responsible for any account bans or restrictions.

3. One Order Per Link at a Time
Do not place multiple orders for the same link or profile before the previous one is fully completed. Doing so may cause system errors or failed deliveries.

4. Closed or Banned Accounts
We cannot intervene in issues related to closed or banned accounts. However, Followago provides a 1-month guarantee for lost followers or any kind of service deficiency within that period.

5. Delivery & Retention Policy
Our panel does not guarantee activity or retention rates, except for services specifically marked as "guaranteed." We are only responsible for delivering the purchased quantity.
In case of partial delivery, the system will automatically refund the undelivered portion of your payment.

6. Private Account Warning
If a private account receives an order and the status is marked as "Completed," no refund will be issued.

7. Incorrect Order Warning
If an order is placed incorrectly and still marked as "Completed," no refund will be issued.

8. Delivery Time Disclaimer
Start times for orders may vary due to system load and can be delayed or extended depending on server activity and external platform conditions.

9. Do Not Change IDs
Once an order is placed, do not change or hide your account username, post links, or IDs, and do not use other services for the same link until the current order is completed. Such actions may result in failed delivery.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and placing an order through our platform, you automatically accept these rules. In case of any issues caused by violating these terms, users cannot make complaints or claim compensation.
